We always recommend you to check the product in front of delivery team. If product is not matched with your expectation (defected, packet damaged, broken or a wrong product) please do not accept from our delivery team. Once you received without notice of any with receiving sign no complain will be accepted after that for return or replacement.
2. Global Brand eShop offers the Exchange or Replacement Return Policy. It means we will replace that defected product with a new one or exchange with another one within the same price range if you give complain while receiving the products in front of delivery team.
