Job Description / Responsibility
1. Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction
2. Respond to customer inquiries
3. Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures and provide them information about the resolution of the same
4. Troubleshoot / helping to resolve customer service problems
5. Providing general information
6. Maintaining high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization
7. 9am to 10pm two shifting duty roster wise
8. 1 holiday weekly roster wise
Educational Requirements : Candidate must be a Graduate
Experience : 6-12 months any reputed organizations
Salary :BDT 12,000 – 15,000 (as per experience)
